Blade & Edge Figure Skating Club is a figure skating club in Omaha, Nebraska. It offers learn to skate classes, free skate ice times, and hosts competitions and ice skating shows throughout the year. The six senior rated coaches for Blade & Edge offer private lessons for additional fees and all of them are PSA rated.

[edit] History of the club

The Blade & Edge Figure Skating Club was incorporated as a non-profit organization in the state of Nebraska on May 24, 1976. Some people attribute the founding of the organization to a group of people who were dissatisfied with the older Figure Skating Club of Omaha, which was founded in 1940.

The club is recognized by the IRS as a 501c3 non-profit organization and is large enough to be required to file an annual Form 990 with is publicly available through various websites such as Guidestar. According to the club's website, [1], the members of the current Board of Directors are:
