Jazz - A Louisiana Kitchen, is a restaurant offering a variety of Cajun dishes. It is located on the corner of Farnam Street and 15th Street, in the former location of Eden.

There are six other locations of Jazz within four states, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska.

Jazz Kitchen also brings in musical artists to add to the Lousiana atmosphere.
