The Lewis & Clark Landing is a 23 acre city park located at 503 North 6th Street in Omaha. The park overlooks the Missouri River where the Lewis & Clark Expedition landed in 1804. The Lewis & Clark expedition consisted of 34 explorers who traveled 3,700 miles from St. Louis to the Pacific Ocean and back from 1804 to 1806. There are historic sites all along the trail.

The Lewis & Clark Landing has a boardwalk, restaurant and is the host for the World's Championship Chili Cookoff and the Taste of Omaha. The Landing also hosts the Playing with Fire concert series which takes place on Fridays during the summer, with all proceeds going to charity. In the summer of 2006 the Lewis and Clark Landing hosted a runway modeling show, with many young people from Omaha participating. Many people also take the River City Star out from Miller's Landing, which is about a quarter mile north on the Missouri River. The River City Star hosts booze cruises and can be used as an opportunity to host private parties.
