Senator Mike Friend (District 10, Omaha) was born October 1, 1961 in Omaha. Senator Friend works as a writer/editor for First National Bank in Omaha. He was elected to the Nebraska Stat Legislature in 2002 and in 2004. He currently works on the committees of Urban Affairs (chairperson, General Affairs, Government, and Military/Veterans Affairs.
