Moylan IcePlex

The Moylan IcePlex, more commonly known as Tranquility, is located 12550 W. Maple Road. It is the only Omaha area ice arena to have two ice rinks in the same building. However, one surface is larger than the other. It has ice times open to the general public as well as private ice times for use by figure skating clubs and by hockey teams. The Moylan IcePlex is privately owned and operated but it is part of the Tranquility Park, an Omaha public park. It is named after Tim Moylan.

This rink is awful. The employees are rude and unhelpful, the price of ice is horrendous, the skaters are inconsiderate and crash into each other often because of arrogance and the feeling of superiority they all have, and many hockey teams use vulgar language while practicing with no regard to the young skaters on the other surface. They're just, simply, terrible.
