Mt. Crescent Ski Area
Mt. Crescent Ski Area is a ski area in Crescent, Iowa that is located 15 miles north of Council Bluffs just north of the intersection of I-680 and I-29. Skiing, snowboarding, and tubing are available day and night on lighted, well-groomed runs. Lessons and rentals are available on site. The ski area has artificial snow blowers that allow skiers to enjoy the slopes on the warmest days of Winter. The snow season has usually lasted from late October to early March. Lift tickets are $42 on weekends and $35 on weekdays. $10 coupons can be found in Creighton University's intramural office.
