Omaha Commons:Link years & dates to events

The articles for specific dates (e.g., March 16) and specific years (e.g., 1994) should have links to articles in the Omaha Wiki that occurred on that date or year. (for an example, see July 4 at Wikipedia).

[edit] What you can do

• To see if there are any existing links, go to a given day or year and click on the "What links here" button in the toolbox.
• If there are events you think should be noted on the page, add a line that starts with an asterisk (to create a bullet) in the appropriate section (e.g., birth, death, event) that has a one line summary of the event with at least one internal link to other articles in the Omaha Wiki.
• Any given event should be linked to both the date it happened (e.g., September 3) and the year (e.g., 2003).
