The Omaha Convention & Visitors Bureau, or the Omaha CVB, is a Douglas County department with approximately 20 employees that promotes Omaha as a favored destination for conventions and tourism. It operates three Visitor Information Centers with two in Eppley Airfield and one in the Old Market. It also facilitates a number of other activities to promote Omaha as a destination. The current Executive Director of the Omaha CVB is Dana Markel.
