Omaha Fight Club
The Omaha Fight Club (OFC) is Omaha's version of the growing mixed martial arts (MMA) sport. Events are held at the South Sokol Hall, where doors usually open around 6:30 pm and the first fight happening at 8:00 pm. One may expect at least ten fights on the card that may include female versus female bouts. As the sport of MMA is still in its early stages in the state of Nebraska, the scene may seem underground, especially as most of the fights consist of amateur fighters.
