The Durham This Summer!

This summer, kids will be able to immerse themselves in the awesome powers of Mother Nature with summer camps based on The Durham Museum’s new interactive exhibit, Nature Unleashed: Inside Natural Disasters, from Chicago’s Field Museum. The camps will explore the science behind Earthquakes, Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Volcanic Eruptions and Tsunamis. Campers will get to experience these extreme forces of geology and weather as they simulate a tsunami and stand within the center of a tornado. So don’t get caught out in the rain and register early!
    Other summer camp favorites include Wizard School, CSI Durham, Exploring Omaha, theater and art classes, and so much more.
